Purpose

To provide advise and support in area of specialisation and take responsibility for communication initiatives from the strategic plan to ensuring timeous and effective delivery through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed SOPs.

Minimum Experience

1 - 2 years experience in a similar environment

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas [NQF Level 07] in Finance Economics and Accounting

Additional Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree within business, communication, marketing, finance, investment management or related field.

Outputs

Process

  • Accountable for own work quality, standards and outputs related to policies, procedures and defined processes.
  • Proactively identify problems, apply known solutions and escalate more difficult problems.
  • Plan for task execution and adjust priorities against an established plan.
  • Ensure accurate and complete processing of trades via the Online DAS platform that feeds Hiportfolio.
  • Liaise with internal clients and external Asset Managers (all management levels) and the TPA.
  • Maintain process documentation relating to the replication administration operating model.
  • Perform data analysis on external Asset Manager data received and the replication thereof on the TPA’s platform to ensure the accuracy of the replicated data.
  • Assist with client queries relating to the external Asset Manager data.
  • Produce requirements to the new external Asset Managers to ensure data can be on-boarded by them.
  • Assist External Asset Managers or TPA with communication during testing phases prior to taking on or where new versions of the ASISA templates are tested for implementation.
  • Operational risk management - ensure effective incident management process as well as proactive identification and mitigation of risks
  • Ensure the TPA delivers replication admin services within the agreed SLA deadlines.
  • •Cross skilling in the Corporate Actions team with a view to providing coverage when needed.
