To provide specialist advice and support for development and publishing of marketing material, through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures SOPs.

Minimum Experience

2 - 3 years experience in a similar environment

Minimum Qualifications

Higher Diplomas [NQF Level 06] in Marketing

Additional Minimum Qualifications


  • Edit graphics, such as photographs or illustrations
  • Import text and graphics into publishing software
  • Integrate images and text to create cohesive pages 
  • Adjust text properties, such as size, column width and spacing
  • Revise layouts and make corrections as necessary
  • Submit or upload final files for printing or online publishing and digital
  • Produce product sheets (Fact Sheets)
  • Brochures


  • Manage the design, development and dissimenation of appropriate marketing material and content that meets business needs and objectives.
  • Consult with stakeholders to develop and implement business related marketing collateral (print and digital material).
  • Assists in the development and distribution of marketing material aligned to defined customer value propositions to improve competitive positioning and promote the brand value of Liberty products.
  • Use computer software to design page layouts for newspapers, brochures, and other items that are printed or put online.
  • Collect and gather the text, graphics, and other materials needed and format them into a finished product.
  • Proof documents and correct files; assist with the development and revision of checklists and procedures.
  • Accountable for the execution of specialised work including the improvement of quality, standards and outputs within defined work routines and operating procedures.
  • Proactively solves problems, determines root-cause and applies solutions in line with guidelines and providing the necessary information to solve problems related to area of specialisation.
  • Plan for own task execution and advises on improvements related to area of specialisation.


  • Ensure own understanding and adherence to customer service delivery and Treating the Customer Fairly (TCF) principles to provide specialist support and guidance.


  • Adhere to specified standards, policies and procedures to prevent potential losses/wastage related to the area of specialisation.

  • Contribute positively to own area-specific knowledge improvement associated with area of specialisation.


  • Comply to set governance and compliance procedures and processes related to an area of work and continuously identify, rectify and escalate risks where necessary.
